Taicheng Huang is an Assistant Research Fellow and Master’s Supervisor at the School of Psychology, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He earned his PhD in Cognitive Neuroscience at the State Key Laboratory of Cognitive Neuroscience and Learning, Beijing Normal University, and completed postdoctoral training in psychology at Tsinghua University and in clinical medicine and psychiatry at Shanghai Jiao Tong University School of Medicine. His interdisciplinary research spans biomedical engineering, psychology, and clinical medicine. His work focuses on experimental paradigms for mental health research centered on human decision making, methods for integrating multimodal physiological signals, and applications of noninvasive neuromodulation. He has published as first or corresponding author in Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics, eLife, and Communications Biology, among other journals. He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National Science and Technology Major Project on Brain Science and Brain Inspired Research. He serves on two academic committees and on the editorial boards of BMC Psychiatry, Psychoradiology, and Journal of Integrative Neuroscience.
