Biography
Research interests focus on user experience and human-computer collaboration. Current work centers on human-centered digital transformation, investigating the behavioral characteristics and application risks of artificial intelligence (AI), its impact on the workplace, and the design of effective human-AI collaboration strategies. The research aims to inform the design, deployment, and operation of AI-driven management systems.
